    I did this for quite a bit yesterday night. It's been heavy for me. way too heavy. and when I did this, no tears came out. I felt like crying, but I had no tears. I still felt numb. even though in me, is an ocean of sadness, anxiety and alot of words. yet I could not tear up. today, after a therapy session, I just felt like bursting out in tears. I just want to say, it's okay if you dont cry or express anything whilst doing it. But, make sure you are ready and open to these big feelings afterwards. Make space for it. cry your eyes out if need be. just cry. just cry. theres no weakness in crying. thats how your body releases and feels better. theres no limit to crying. Life has been tough on you, be your support.

    this was the best yoga video i've ever watched. i love how you tell us the pose and then leave us with silence to feel our bodies and emotions without being rushed onto the next. i can actually breathe. other videos feel so rushed like i'm a student getting left behind in a class. but the timings and quietness was exactly what i needed. you're my go to yoga channel now!!!

    Dear Caitlin, thank you for offering your healing yoga-practice for free on you tube. The deep Yin Energy you are in and bring me in, is so needed, and I see and believe not only for me! I am in a very heavy time of my life, with a lot of psysical and mental problems.     I heard about trauma getting released through the hips on tik tok a few days ago I did these exercises with you two of them completely released the pressure build up in my left hip that has been there since 2019 it's unbelievable I wonder how much I have missed not stretching like this before I really appreciate you the things you are showing us is healing us.

    This was amazing! I've been hearing about trauma being stored in the body, and I've been trying to find the practice that feels right. This practice felt like I was taking all of my traumas, and 'stretching' them out of my body? Not sure if that makes sense, but thank you so much!

    can someone help? I did this as I wanted to release stress and trauma. However, I didn’t feel any release nor experience any sadness, anxiety or anything although I’m certainly aware that I have experienced trauma. I literally wanted to cry and release but I didn’t feel anything. Why? maybe it is because I am doing yin yoga regularly and my body is familiar with these poses? How can I release then?
